Linda Safar is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and early learning and care consultant with over a decade of experience supporting programs, leaders, and Boards of Directors across Ontario. Practicing since 2014, she holds a Bachelor of Honours in Early Childhood Education and has worked extensively within both non-profit and for-profit sectors, bringing a strong understanding of operational realities, governance, and system accountability.

Linda’s experience includes system-level work with the Region of Peel, where she supported professional learning and served as a Quality Initiative Mentor, partnering with educators and leadership teams to strengthen program quality, reflective practice, and continuous quality improvement in alignment with ministry priorities and municipal service system goals.

Currently serving as an Executive Director/Coordinator in the Greater Toronto Area, Linda supports organizations through strategic planning, operational oversight, capacity building, and governance mentorship. She is passionate about facilitating meaningful professional learning, supporting quality initiatives, and mentoring Boards of Directors to build strong, sustainable, and compliant early learning and care organizations.
