Benjamin Agbanti is the Founder and President of Put Children First, a national advocacy organization committed to protecting the emotional wellbeing, stability, and long-term development of children affected by separation and divorce. He is a passionate advocate for equal shared parenting and child centered decision making, grounded in the belief that children thrive when both parents remain actively and responsibly involved in their lives.
Benjamin is also a Pastor, bringing a strong pastoral and ethical perspective to his leadership, shaped by years of community engagement. His work is guided by compassion, accountability, and a deep concern for the emotional and relational health of families navigating difficult transitions.
Benjamin brings a strong professional background in operations, supply chain management, and organizational leadership, combined with extensive experience in community advocacy and nonprofit development. He is currently pursuing a three year Advanced Diploma in HVAC Technology with the focus on design and automation. His diverse background reflects a practical, systems based approach to leadership that combines strategic thinking with hands on problem solving. Through Put Children First, Benjamin continues to lead with integrity, advocating for evidence informed policies and collaborative solutions that place children’s wellbeing at the center of family, community, and public decision making.
