Mildred Frimpong
Vice President
Mildred is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over 20 years of experience. She is currently a Program Director, supporting children and families within the early learning and care sector. Throughout her career, she has held a range of leadership and family support roles, equipping her with a strong understanding of child development, program leadership, and family-centered practice.
Mildred is deeply passionate about ensuring all children have access to high-quality, inclusive childcare and believes that supporting the whole family is essential to achieving positive outcomes for children. Her work is rooted in advocacy, collaboration, and strengthening families during times of transition.
Mildred is honored to serve as Vice Chair of Put Children First and is excited to contribute her experience and voice in advocating for children whose parents are experiencing separation or divorce. She is committed to advancing initiatives that prioritize children’s well-being, stability, and long-term success.
